Our Process
OASIS stands for "outreach and service in Samoset." We believe God has called Woodland Church to reach out and serve in the Samoset community. Click on the above Samoset email link to ask questions, or for information on joining our team. Team members receive email communications on occasion requesting support when needed. Volunteers who would like to serve routinely through an outreach program will find opportunities below and through updates to this website, announcements in the bulletin and communication through life groups.
Our Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, We bring joyful praise for the work that you give us is good! Thank you for the generous donations that have made improvements to the OASIS Center possible. We thank you for the teamwork of skilled labor, professionals and general helpers who have given so much so far. We thank you for the donations received to cover the costs of our Good News Club and for the wonderful team of volunteers who are dedicating their Friday afternoons to reach elementary children for Christ. We thank you for the wonderful CEF trainers who came to Woodland to teach us how to lead a Good News Club. We thank you for the success of our garage sale fundraiser and we pray that you will lead the success for the upcoming fundraisers. Please touch the hearts of our Woodland community members who you would like to bring into service with Samoset at this time. May they hear your call and respond. In Jesus name, Amen.
