Woodland Indoor Volleyball Rules

 

  • 6-on-6, Co-ed, Must have 2 women on the court at all times.
           Can Play with 5-Must have 2 women on court 
 
           Can Play with 4- Must have 2 women on court
 
            3 or less- Forfeit
 
            Mandatory substitution every rotation (1 player in, 1 player out)
 
 
USVBA rules-
     Let serve is playable
     Play 3 games-
          First 2 games rally to 21(Don’t have to win by 2)
          3rd  game is rally to 15 (Don’t have to win by 2)
     Can set first ball
     Can double-hit hard driven ball
     Can use legs and feet to get ball up
     Net violations will be called. The other team will be awarded the point if the net is touched during the point.
     Crossing the center line will be called. The other team will be awarded the point if the center line is crossed during the point.
  • The net will be set at 8ft.
  • Cannot play on more than one team.
  • No Referees-Call fouls, in and out on own. Have integrity.
  • Women have to touch the ball at least once per side.
  • MUST Have a Medical Release Form on File in order to play.
