Our weight room known as the CLIFF (Christians Lifting in Fellowship and Faith) is located at the back of the Worship Center, by the Choir Room.  We have a treadmill, free weights, and a multi weight machine.  It is open from 6 am- 9pm Monday -Friday. 

If you use it please sign in.  No one under the age of 14 is allowed in the room without supervision.  Also if you visit the weight room for the first time please stop by the front desk and fill out a medical form.  For more information, contact Laura Torrisi, Recreation Director.
